To proceed with the upgrade of your Free Trial to the Pro Plan, you can process this prior to the Free Trials Expiry, or as part of the Automated system.

Upgrade prior to the Free Trial period

• Access your OnlyDomains account
• navigate to the Business Email -> My Business Email Area
• Click on the Trial you wish to upgrade
• Disable the Auto Renew Feature and you will see the Renewal option available
• Once you submit a Renewal a 1 year period of the Pro plan will be set up

Upgrade on Free Trial Expiry

If the auto-renew feature is turned on, our system will automaticly upgrade you at the end of the 30 day trial to the Business Mail Pro plan.
To ensure that the auto-renew feature is enabled, use the following steps

• Access your OnlyDomains account
• navigate to the Business Email -> My Business Email Area
• Click on the Trial you wish to inspect
• Enable the Auto Renew Feature if its not already active. Once that is all done it should look similar to this:
