Domains that have been expired for quite sometime and are not showing under 'My Domains' or 'Renew My Domains' page may be up for restore of the domain.
In order for you to restore your domain, please follow these steps:
1) Login to your account with us;
2) Once in your Dashboard, select 'Domains' on the left hand side
3) Select 'Expired Domains'
4) Choose the domain name you would like to restore and click the blue 'restore' button to the right (as below):
