Once you have generated the Certificate Signing Request (CSR), to add this to your SSL order:
- Log in to your user account with us
- Go to the SSL Certificates option in your left-hand menu and select My SSL Certificates
- Under SSL Certificates In Progress, click on New SSL - Setup Now
- Select the appropriate Server Software from the Server Name drop-down
- Paste your CSR into the CSR Text box
- Click Update to submit the CSR and add this to your order.
If you are purchasing the certificate for a ccTLD domain, please respond to this message after providing the CSR in the manner above so we can ensure validation is initiated correctly.
