How do I resubmit Payment for an Order?

If you received a Payment failed email, you can submit your payment from within your account.

  1. Access your user accounts dashboard
  2. On the left select Account Details and then Orders & Invoices
  3. You should see the Resubmit option to the right of the order, which encountered a failed payment
  4. Submit the payment details as required.
