How do I set up emails in my iPhone or iPad?

Prior to setting up your emails on your device, we suggest that you access the webmail option to confirm that you have the correct Password and Email Address created, as well as to check possible connection issues to the server. To add an email account to your iPad or iPhone, please use the following instructions:

- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap Add Account.
- Select Other > Add Mail Account.
- Fill out the next page exactly as indicated below:

My Email settings

Account type (POP or IMAP - we would recomend IMAP):
Full Name: [Your name]
My email address: [Your full email address]

Incoming Mail Server Settings

Incoming Mail Server: [The mail server listed as 'Incoming Mail Server: (SSL)' in your hosting confirmation, e.g.: mail.DOMAIN_NAME]
User Name:  [Your full email address]
Password: [Your full email address password]
Incoming server port number: 993 (IMAP) / 995 (POP)
Incoming server supports SSL?: Yes

Outgoing Mail Server Settings

Outgoing mail server: [The mail server listed as 'Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL)' in your hosting confirmation, e.g. mail.DOMAIN_NAME]
User name:  [Your full email address]
Password: [Your full email address password]
Outgoing server port: 465
Outgoing server supports SSL? Yes
Authentication Type: Password
