How to enable IP Whitelisting for your User Account

IP whitelisting is a type of security measure that is used to restrict unauthorized access to your User Account. This is done by whitelisting IP addresses.

Enable IP WHITELISTING

To enable IP Whitelisting for your User Account you will need access to the account.

If you are already logged into your user account, navigate to the "Account Settings" area under 'Account Details' (or access it directly here: https://www.onlydomains.com/account/update)

Add the required IP address or IP range you wish to have access to the account. Ensure to cover all required IP addresses, as all other IP addresses won't be able to access the User Account any longer once this feature is enabled.

 

Disabling IP Whitelisting

If you are already logged into your user account, navigate to the "Account Settings" area under 'Account Details' or access it directly here: https://www.onlydomains.com/account/update

Un-tick the 'Enable IP Address Whitelisting' to disable this feature.

 

I can no longer access the my User Account, how can I disable IP Whitelisting

Please email support@onlydomains.com from the account holder email address.
Ensure to include the username and the request to disable IP Whitelisting for us to process your request.

 

I don't have access to the current User Account or Account holder email address. What can I do?

If you no longer have access to the account or account holder email address, please reach out to our team to request alternative validation of your account at support@onlydomains.com

Our team will need to confirm that you are the current account holder.

To speed up this process, provide them with:

1. The Username or a domain name that is located within the account
2. Current Email account
3. New Email account
4. Documents confirming your identity (Driver's license, Certificate of Incorporation, or similar)
5. Request to disable the IP Whitelisting
