You can update the email address for your OnlyDomains account from the Account settings.
If you are logged into your user account, "Account Settings" can be accessed here: https://www.onlydomains.com/account/update
If you no longer have access to your account or the account holder’s email address, please submit a request by opening a support ticket.
To verify your identity and assist you as quickly as possible, our team will need to confirm that you are the rightful account holder. Please provide the following information when submitting your request:

User name and Domain name associated with the account

Current Email address

New Email address you wish to use

Proof of Identity: Verification documents such as a driver’s license, certificate of incorporation, or similar. You will be asked to submit these securely via the Yoti app through a separate email.
Providing this information will help us process your request efficiently and securely.
The Email Account field is greyed out
If the Email Account texted box is greyed out, ensure that the Two-Factor Authentication is disabled
Once this Feature is disabled the Email field will be able to be edited again.
