Configure Business Mail on Outlook

First you will need to enable your Business Mail on other apps

  • Log into Business Mail
  • Click on Settings (Screenshot_2022-11-21_at_5.53.05_PM.pngicon) > Enable Titan on other apps.
  • After completing our feature tour, simply click Enable Titan on other apps to grant permission for third-party email clients to access your emails.

Once this is completed you will be redirected to a support page where you can follow the steps to configure Outlook for your emails or use the below instructions to configure your client.

 

In order to configure your email box on Outlook using IMAP/SMTP, you can use the following configurations:

Incoming server: imap.titan.email

Port: 993

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email

Port: 465

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Nonetheless if you are looking to configure your email box on Outlook using POP/SMTP, you can use the following configurations:

Incoming server: pop.titan.email

Port: 995

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email

Port: 465

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Mentioned below are the steps in order to configure your Business Mail on Outlook.

Desktop

This article will guide you through the steps involved in the manual setup of your Business Mail account on your device's Outlook client. Please follow the steps mentioned below to do so:

  • Log into your Outlook and navigate to the File tab
  • When you land on the Account Information screen, click Add Account
  • Enter your Business Mail address
  • Then, select IMAP as the account type
  • Enter the password for the same email box & voila that should connect you to your Business Mail box.
  • Enter the configurations mentioned in the beginning of this article to setup Incoming and Outgoing mail (If prompted)
  • Make sure to check the "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"
    box and click Next
  • Once the email address has been processed, you will see a message stating "Account successfully added". Click Done to complete the installation

That's it! Your account is set up on Outlook now!

iOS

This article will guide you through the steps involved in the manual set up of your Business Mail account on your iOS device's Outlook client, with IMAP and SMTP.

To set up a Business Mail account, follow these steps: 

1. Open the Outlook iOS application and 'Enter your work or personal Email Address' and Tap on 'Add Account'. 

2. Click on 'Not Exchange' at the top right corner of your screen.

3. Select 'Change account provider' from the options displayed.

4. Proceed further by tapping on 'IMAP' as shown below.

5. Enter your 'Email address', 'Password', 'Display Name' and 'Description'- then enable the option for 'Advanced settings'. 
6. Make sure that you enter the following data in the respective fields: 

 
  • Enter the IMAP details as imap.titan.email along with the port as 993

  • Enter the SMTP details as smtp.titan.email along with the port as 465

  • Please note that the username for IMAP is your Registered Business Mail address

  • Please note that the username for SMTP is also your Registered Business Mail address

  • Also, make sure that the IMAP and SMTP password is as same as your Business Mail password.
 Ensure that you don't have any extra spaces in any of the fields mentioned below

7. Once you have entered the following details, click on 'Sign in'.

8. Then click on -> 'Next' -> 'Accept' ->'Continue to Outlook' in the popups which appear respectively.

9. You shall be provided an option to either 'Add another account' or 'Skip', Choose 'skip'. 

10. That's it! Your Business Mail account will be successfully set up on Outlook.

Android

5. Once you have entered the following details, click on the 'tick' mark at the top right corner

6. You shall be provided an option to either 'Add another account' or 'Skip' using the 'Maybe Later' option

7. That's it! Your Business Mail account will be successfully set up on Outlook.

 

 

MacOS

 

This article will guide you through the steps involved in the manual set up of your Business Mail account on your MacOS device's Outlook client, with IMAP and SMTP.

 

To set up a Business Mail account, follow these steps: 

 

1. Open the Outlook application and select Tools>Accounts. Then select the plus (+) sign >New Account.

2. Proceed further by typing in your email address and then click on Continue

 

3. Enter your 'Email address', 'IMAP Username', 'IMAP Password', and then enable the option for 'Advanced settings'

 

  • Enter the IMAP details as imap.titan.email along with the port as 993

  • Enter the SMTP details as smtp.titan.email along with the port as 465

  • Please note that the username for IMAP is your Registered Business Mail address

  • Please note that the username for SMTP is also your Registered Business Mail address

  • Also, make sure that the IMAP and SMTP password is as same as your Business Mail password.
  • Also, please ensure you "enable Use SSL to connect."

6. That's it! Your Business Mail account will be successfully set up on Outlook.
