Setup Outgoing Forwarding

Business Email lets you easily forward your email to a different email address. If you have your personal email account that you would check more often, or if you want emails from all your email accounts into a single email client, you may set up forwarding OUT to enable this.

 

  • Click on the Settings/Gear icon
  • Select Preferences
  • Open the Forwarding tab
  • Select the Add option for Forward OUT
  • Enter the email address and the respective confirmation pin
  •  Once entered, simply click on the Start forwarding button

By default, a copy of the email is saved in your inbox. Disabling this feature would not keep a copy of the email on your Business Email.
