You can configure Business Mail emails on other email apps (third party clients) like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc. via IMAP or POP settings and this article will help you with the same.
First you will need to enable your Business Mail on other apps
- Log into Business Mail
- Click on Settings (icon) > Enable Titan on other apps.
- After completing our feature tour, simply click Enable Titan on other apps to grant permission for third-party email clients to access your emails.
Once this is completed you will be redirected to a support page where you can follow the steps to configure 3rd party email clients like Gmail, Outlook, and Thunderbird for your emails or use the below settings to configure your client:
Configure using IMAP
Email address : Your Business Mail address eg: jack@<domainName>
Password : Your Business Mail password
Username (if asked) : Your Business Mail address eg: jack@<domainName>
Incoming server: imap.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
Configure using POP
Email address : Your Business Mail address eg: jack@<domainName>
Password : Your Business Mail password
Username (if asked) : Your Business Mail address eg: jack@<domainName>
Incoming server: pop.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email Encryption method: SSL/TLS |
