Manage Email Accounts via Admin Control Panel

The Admin Control Panel also offers a host of other options through which you can manage email accounts for your domain name. To sign into Admin Control Panel refer to this article.

Here are some of the things that can be done via the Admin Control Panel.


Delete an existing account

  1. Open the Admin Control Panel
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account you wish to delete and select Delete Account
  3. In the window that appears, click on the Confirm option to delete the email account 

Reset Password

  1. From the Admin Control Panel.., Hover your cursor over the email account for which you want to reset the password and click on Reset password
  2. Enter the alternate email ID for the email account whose password needs to be reset
  3. A password reset link will then be sent to the alternate email ID

Managing Alias

  • Click on the ellipsis icon when hovering over a particular email address
  • Click Manage alias
  • Click on Add new alias 
  • Enter the email address you wish to have as an alias

The supported characters for an alias account name are as follows:


There is a hard limit of 10 aliases for an email account

For deleting an alias:

  • Click Manage alias
  • Hover over the particular alias you wish to delete
  • Click on the delete icon and confirm it


Suspend an Account

  1. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account you wish to suspend and click on Suspend Account
  2. You will be asked to confirm the suspension along with the reason for the suspension
  3. Once you confirm, the email account will be suspended
